Texas to present at next LFF Human Trafficking Global Summit
On January 28, 2021, the Louisiana First Foundation in partnership with the State of Texas will join together First Spouses and leaders from across the country and globe for a Global Human Trafficking Summit. This virtual gathering is the second in this series and will empower and raise awareness on another global pandemic known as human sex and labor trafficking. Speakers at the national level and experts from the state of Texas will share knowledge of legislation, policy, and programmatic efforts to address this issue. The summit will end with a call to action and offer leaders and participants the opportunity to join a network comprised of leaders dedicated to eradicate human trafficking.
