KING CAKE BATIDA

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz cachaca
3/4 oz Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup
3/4 oz almond milk
1/2 oz heavy cream
Six dashes aromatic bitters
1 bar spoon Amaro Montenegro
garnish King Cake baby
Directions:
Add cachaca, C&S King Cake Syrup, dairy, and Amaro Montenegro to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice added). Pour over crushed ice into a rocks glass. Dash of bitters on top and garnish with a King Cake baby!
