Kristi Hoke Mirambell Founder, K-Belle Consultants, LLC

Kristi Hoke Mirambell has 15 years of engineering experience with a diverse portfolio of successful projects. In 2008 at the age of 28 years old, she founded K-Belle Consultants, LLC an engineering and heavy-construction firm. She is the sole owner and employs a professional staff and skilled construction workers. The company’s heavy civil construction specialty is concrete work, while its engineering services are primarily engineering design, quality assurance, project management, and construction inspection.

As president of K-Belle, Kristi attributes her company’s success to people who were willing to give her an opportunity to show capability, responsibility, and perform quality work.  However, for Kristi her journey as a business owner is bigger than K-Belle and it started as a child.

Born to a loving and supportive mother, Kristi was raised in an environment that had no limitations on achievement.  Reflecting on her childhood, Kristi credits her “no fear” attitude of pursuing success to the loving and supportive home that her Mom created for her.  “There was never an idea that I presented to my Mom that she would turn down.  I decided to start selling snowballs that I made from my Snoopy Snowball Maker.  I made a flyer and my Mom made copies of it, then I walked door to door placing the flyers.  My sales were $0, I guess there wasn’t a demand for Snoopy Snowballs at the time.”  That was the beginning of Kristi’s journey in the world of being an entrepreneur and she had her best campaign manager, her Mom.

In closing, Kristi says, “I create a plan for my life and business and carefully orchestrate the steps to achieve the results that I expect because it humors me to think I have that kind of control.  At the end of the day, I do what I love and my purpose in this journey is to be an inspiration to others to do what they love, have faith in their decision and be ready to laugh.”

Thanks Mom … for being you.
